CANCELLATION POLICY
At Refreshed Skin Lab, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To respect both your time and ours, we kindly ask the following: •24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules. •If less than 24 hour notice is given , 100% of the cost of the service scheduled will be charged. •No call/No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. •Clients who arrive 15 minutes or later may need to reschedule and will be subject to the cancellation fee.
